Many thanks to all our customers for your patience and support while we have been at our temporary shop at number 71 High Street.

Our last day of trading at number 71 is Saturday 28th April and we will move across the road to number 51 High Street, Harpenden, AL5 2SL in the week commencing Monday 3oth April.

Bold, flirtatious stripes, sophisticated leopard prints, camel, black and red are the key components to one fashion story from Bandolera.

In the words of the legendary French singer Edith Piaf, ‘Non, je ne regrette rien’, when you buy Bandolera this season because the cut, fabric, design and quality of this label is fantastic. At WOOSTERS we have been stocking Bandolera for many years and it always delivers on quality.

The new season collection from Frank Lyman has arrived at WOOSTERS and is available from our stores and on-line.

Frank Lyman hails from Canada and this label is just fantastic on design, fabric and fit. When customers try on pieces in our stores we all comment on the amazing cut and fit.  We don’t know how the designers at Frank Lyman do it-they’re so clever!

We have a super selection of Frank Lyman dresses in store and on-line, and these have been very popular for summer weddings, or for customers looking for a versatile dress that they can wear to special occasions. The turquoise bolero and bandage dress are a striking outfit.

WOOSTERS are also stocking some divine Frank Lyman capri trousers in black and white which feature a smooth waistband, with no buttons or zips Great under tops and tunics as there are no button or zip bumps! We also think the soft trousers and unstructured jacket shown  below are elegant yet easy to wear.

Another small delivery arrived in store yesterday- fabulous wide legged trousers, so we will get those off to the photographers and hopefully have them available on-line asap!

Perhaps you can’t get into WOOSTERS till Saturday, or you’re an on-line customer? Well here is a ‘sneak peek’ of what you can expect to see…

There are several colour stories from Sandwich this season, which is so refreshing after winter. Looking at all the new shades reminded the WOOSTERS girls of a few of their favourite paintings and we decided to share a couple with you here.

Part of the Sandwich collection features coral pink combined with a soft blue which made us think of a Monet painting, all those softly blended colours are just beautiful. The dress and top have a fine mesh fabric over-lay which moves with you, so it looks amazing and feels comfortable too!

There are also some pretty dresses and tunics in a stunning cobalt blue, which brought Mark Rothko paintings to mind. These are ideal pieces to layer – wear a tee-shirt underneath, or a cardi on top. Team with a pair of leggings or white jeans, either way they are ideal for a cool spring day or for those hotter days,  ’out in the midday sun’.

We also have some lovely stone neutrals in the collection. In addition there are delicious peach, and fresh grass green tee-shirts, waistcoats, cardigans and tops to give an accent of colour.

With Sandwich this summer you can look and feel like a piece of art!

GANT started life as a quality shirt manufacturer in the United States and later become synonymous with the New England style of dressing- a tailored yet casual style with nautical leanings. Although the brand has since been bought over by European companies, in terms of design, it still retains it’s ‘American style’ of clothing.
