STANDARD DELIVERY

England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland
FREE using Royal Mail's First Class Recorede service which requires a signature, with delivery up to 5 working days. 

Europe (Including Southern Ireland)
£7.99 using Royal Mail's Airsure service, with delivery up to 5 working days.

Rest Of The World
£9.99 using Royal Mail's Airsure service where available, or International Signed For, with delivery up to 7 working days.

PREMIUM UK DELIVERY

England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland
£4.99 using Royal Mail's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service, which is tracked and requires a signature. We aim to deliver on the next working day, but at the latest 3 working days.

IN-STORE COLLECTION

Free Please make a note in the "Order Notes" box in the checkout area of which store you would like to collect your purchase from. We will ring you to let you know when your goods are ready for collection. Please allow up to 3 working days for your goods to be ready in case they need to be transferred from another store.

These charges apply regardless of how many itmes you order.

Any duty or taxes appicable in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

ITEMS SOLD OUT
Our website is linked to our in-store stock information, and is kept up to date. However, in the unlikely event an item is not in-stock we will notify you by e-mail and give you a full refund if we can't find an alternative you are happy with.  

UNSUITABLE ITEMS
You may return unsuitable item(s) to us for a refund, credit or replacement. To qualify for a refund, credit or replacement the item(s) should be returned so that they reach us within 10 working days of your receipt of them. The item(s) must be in their original condition, with tags attached and must be unworn.

Once we are satisfied the item(s) is in its original condition and unworn, we will issue a refund for the goods. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt by us of the item(s) for the refund to appear on your card or bank statement. We will credit the original purchaser's credit or debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and postal costs.

Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as pierced earrings.

FAULTY GOODS
Where an item(s) is found to be faulty, mis-described, not fit for purpose or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a full refund. Please return the item(s) to us.

Please complete the returns form enclosed with your delivery and include your receipt. We advise that the item(s) be sent via registered post or carrier. We will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by us, except in the case of goods that are faulty, mis-described, not fit for purpose, or incorrectly supplied.
