Masai Clothing

The Masai Clothing Company was founded in Denmark in 1992 by siblings Hans and Nina Rye. Masai creates clothes for the fashion conscious adult woman who prefers a relaxed and individual style.

"We take into consideration that our clothes must accommodate our customers, even if they are not endowed with the perfect body. We use a number of loose silhouettes, as well as more recently close fitting ones, but still with the Masai look."

Masai use mainly woven, jersey and knitwear fabrics with a large percentage of natural fibres, and the collection is designed for versatility so pieces will either mix and match or stand on their own. It is also essential that the price is in the mid range so that whilst it is aspirational, it is also affordable.

Masia have a number of their own shops, which gives them the contact and feedback from their customers to help them develop their collections to meet their needs and desires.
