Firstly, I would like to tell you that I only discovered Woosters in Harpenden recently.  I am so impressed with the product range you have on offer in your store and the sales ladies were delightful – they allowed my friend and I to comfortably explore your offering and were on hand with advice as we needed it.  The result is that I spent a couple of hundred pounds on my first visit – with the intention to visit your relocated premises as soon as possible.
